Privacy in brief

Data, rights and complaints under the UK GDPR.

Controller

Your data is controlled by the private, non-commercial operator of the site. Contact is through the form on this site.

Who has access

We do not sell your data or share it without a lawful basis. Our host, team blue Internet Services UK Limited, is a processor under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.

Raising a concern

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, please contact us first through the site's contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for the United Kingdom, at ico.org.uk.

Personal data

We collect only what is needed to answer you, and sensitive data is not requested: your name, an email address and, if you wish, a phone number, plus your message and technical data such as your IP address.

Purposes and lawful basis

Your data is used only to run the site and reply to your messages. The basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR, and consent where needed under Article 6(1)(a). We never sell or rent your data.

Deletion

We keep data only while it is needed and then delete it, save where a legal duty applies. Server logs are held briefly and then erased.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights through the site's contact form.

Cookie notice

Only cookies needed to run the site are used. Advertising or analytics cookies are set only with your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and you can withdraw it at any time. Your browser settings also let you refuse cookies.

Updates

We update this policy if the law or the service changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
